We present a completed bathroom remodeling project focused on the shower area and overall aesthetic harmony of the space.
The renovation transformed the room into a bright, character-filled retreat inspired by tropical nature.
The central feature is a bold wall tile selection with botanical and bird motifs, arranged in a repeating pattern that adds rhythm and vibrancy.
The combination of natural tones — terracotta, olive green, and beige — creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere, while the freestanding bathtub and tropical landscape painting complete the cohesive island-inspired design.
The shower enclosure was fully reconstructed with a new waterproofing system and high-grade ceramic tiles. Drainage and ventilation were carefully optimized for durability and moisture control. Each tile was installed using precise alignment and thin grout lines to preserve the visual flow of the pattern. Custom-built niches were integrated into the shower wall for functionality and minimalism.
The Challenger
The main challenge was balancing the expressive decorative tile with a neutral surrounding finish to prevent visual overload.
It required careful planning of lighting, layout, and wall colors to ensure both comfort and visual balance.
The Result
The finished bathroom combines artistic expression with technical excellence.
The tropical tile pattern brings joy and individuality, while the refined layout, bathtub placement, and lighting create a serene, resort-like feel.
The space now feels lively yet relaxing — a perfect private oasis with a distinctive personality.
